To make your cooking & baking that much easier, we've compiled a helpful table of some of the most common conversions.
Liquid and Dry Measurement Conversions
  • 1/2 teaspoon = 2.5 mL
  • 1 teaspoon = 5 mL
  • 3 teaspoon = 1 tablespoon (15 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons = 1 fluid ounce (30 mL)
  • 4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup (60 mL)
